Talk about a reason to smile! These evenings fill both your stomach, and your soul. The graduate students from the Sorriso Kitchen Job Training Program get to show off their skills as they meet, seat and serve you from a menu of delicious breakfast favorites-for dinner.

10% of all of the evening's proceed go to the foundation.

and love to work these dinners together. Each event gives a different graduate a chance to practice what they've learned, and earn some money.

After serving themselves the full day, they stay on to assist them. Chef Ryan prepares all the orders with a smile--and for that, we couldn't be more grateful.
